THERE ARE SO MANY HOUSES LISTED WITH INFERIOR PICTURES ON THE MLS – HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES
For the purpose of showing you the huge difference it can make to present your home in the best way possible, I will share with you some pics that I have found for example purposes. These pictures are most definitely taken from an agents phone and not a professional camera and I am sure you will agree don’t present the property in the best way possible to entice those buyers through the front door.
KITCHEN: This picture is an odd size and a terrible view of the kitchen.
CLOSETS: I would only take photo’s of closets if they were walk in closets which would add value to the home and entice buyers. This photo is unnecessary and quite offputting.
Exterior Photo: This one is the front of a house. As you can see is taken from the wrong angle. All that is visible is the trees.
If taken from the right hand side of the property it would have shown the property frontage and driveway.
POOL & POOL AREA: This really doesn’t show the pool area or the space around the pool deck off at all.
THE VIEW: Shows all the houses opposite too closely.
Taken from another angle would have made a huge difference and shown off the pool area in a much more desirable way.
LIVING ROOM: Shows only half a room and is very dark and uninviting.
With the lights all switched on and the curtains opened up as well as taking the picture from an angle to show the whole room in it’s entirety would have made a huge difference.
