NOW, DO YOU WANT TO SEE SOME NOT SO GREAT PICTURES THAT ARE ON THE MLS?
THEY ARE NOT HARD TO FIND, THERE ARE SO MANY HOUSES LISTED WITH INFERIOR PICTURES.
For the purpose of showing you the huge difference it can make to present your home in the best way possible, I will share with you some pics from the MLS. These pictures certainly don’t present the properties in their best light.
Here is a picture of a kitchen. This is the actual size that was put on the MLS, so it’s hard to see and also very dark and it doesn’t show the kitchen cupboards or full expanse of the kitchen at all.
This one is the front of a house. As you can see is taken from the wrong angle as all you can see are the trees. If taken from the right hand side of the property it would have shown the property frontage and driveway in all it’s glory.
This is a closet. I would only taken photo’s of closets if they were walk in closets which would add value to the home and of course entice those buyers in through your door. This type of photo is unnecessary and quite off putting.
This is half a pool! Nice sized picture, but really doesn’t show the pool area or the space around the deck off at all. Also, it shows all the houses at the rear which is probably more off putting on photo than in person as this picture zooms in on that rather than the pool area. Taken from another angle would have made a huge difference in enhancing what the pool area has to offer rather than the view.
This is the last one, what a beauty! This is a living room. Once again, shows only half the room and is very dark and uninviting. It is certainly not selling me on this home.
